Send the job through the contact form, with a file if you have one. We reply within one working day with a price and a date. When you attach an STL, the form can often show an estimate straight away; that estimate is worked out from the model's size, and we confirm the final price before anything is printed.

For printing an object: STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP. For printing onto a surface: PDF, SVG, AI, or PNG at print resolution.

Yes, and it is a normal place to start. A sketch, a photograph, a measurement, or a description is enough for us to tell you whether it can be made and what it would take.

PLA for detail and colour, PETG for pieces that face warmth and daylight, and TPU for anything that has to flex. ABS/ASA and resin are coming. Tell us what the piece is for and we will suggest one.

UV printing puts colour directly onto the object rather than onto a sticker applied to it. We print onto acrylic, wood and MDF, coated metal, glass and leather.

It depends on the piece and on what is already in the queue, so we confirm a date against your actual file rather than publish one that would not hold. For pieces in the store, the cart shows the date your order would be ready. Pieces marked Ready to ship are already made.

Pieces printed to order cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they were made only because you asked for them. Pieces marked Ready to ship keep the seven-day right to return. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as described is reprinted or refunded in full; tell us within 24 hours of delivery.

Yes, in full, before it goes into production. Write to us as soon as you know. Once it is on the printer it can no longer be cancelled.
