What we need from you.
Most jobs stall on a missing detail rather than a difficult print. Six lines answer almost everything.
Include these
- 01What the object is, and what it is for
- 02How big it should be — a dimension, or something to match
- 03How many you need
- 04Any material, colour, or finish you have in mind
- 05The date you need it by
- 06The file — or sketches and photographs, if there is no file yet

No file yet?
That is a normal place to start. A sketch, a photograph, a measurement, or a description of the thing is enough for us to tell you whether it can be made and what it would take.
Worth mentioning
None of these stop a job. They change what it costs or how it is made, so it is quicker if we know up front.
- Thin walls or fine edges anywhere on the piece
- Detail small enough that losing it would matter
- Overhangs or hollows that will need support inside them
- Parts that have to move, fit, or thread together
- Text or a logo, and how small it ends up
- The units the file is in, if it is not obvious
