Terms and conditions

Athar Tuwaiq is a 3D and UV printing studio based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating under Saudi freelance licence FL-923596155. You can reach us at hello@athartuwaiq3d.com.

An order is a request to make something. It becomes an agreement when we confirm it by email. Until then nothing has been committed to the printer.

We may decline an order. The usual reasons are that a file cannot be printed reliably, that we do not have the material, or that the piece would infringe someone's rights. If we decline after taking payment we refund it in full.

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include the making of the piece. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken through our payment provider before the piece goes into production.

The studio is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is shown on your order. If that changes, prices and invoices will change with it and it will say so here.

Every piece is made to order. Printing alone can take several days depending on the piece, and larger or multi-colour work takes longer, so the time needed is quoted per piece rather than as one figure for the shop. The ready-by date shown in your basket is that quote, and it is given before you pay.

These are printed and hand-finished objects. Small variation between one piece and another — layer texture, slight colour difference between filament batches — is a property of the process and is not a fault.

If you send a file or a design, you confirm you have the right to have it printed. We are not able to check that for you, and we may decline anything that appears to infringe a trademark, a copyright, or the law. You keep whatever rights you already had in your own design.

Pieces designed by the studio remain the studio's work. Buying one buys the object, not the right to reproduce or resell the design.

We ship across Saudi Arabia through a courier. Please give an address someone can receive at and a phone number the courier can call. Risk in the piece passes to you when it is delivered.

Because each piece is printed for its order, the time it takes depends on the piece. Your basket shows a ready-by date before you pay, and that date — plus courier transit — is the period we are working to.

If we have not delivered within fifteen days of the agreement, and we have not told you before you paid that your piece needs longer, you may cancel the order and have your money back along with any costs the delay caused you.

A piece printed for the order that asked for it carries no seven-day right of withdrawal — Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law disapplies it for goods manufactured on the consumer's request. A piece bought from stock, printed before anyone ordered it, is not covered by that exclusion and may be returned within seven days of delivery if it has not been used; its product page says Ready to ship. A piece that arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described is refunded in full, delivery included, or reprinted, whichever it is. The returns and exchanges page sets this out and forms part of these terms.

Where something is our fault, our liability is limited to reprinting the piece or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
